32.768 kHz Oscillator

The OSC86 series is 32.768 kHz oscillator with low power consumption 1 μA in a compact package 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It is available in regular -40 to +85°C and extended -40 to +125°C temperature ranges, and support 1.5V to 5.5V voltage supplies in CMOS output. Our 32.768 kHz oscillator solution is ideal for applications where space and power are crucial such as wearable, portable, water metering, medical equipment, and IoT devices.
